If our health is not good then our life will be miserable. For stay happy and cheerful we must stay healthy.


Healthy diet

A healthy diet consists of proteins, carbs, healthy fats and low amount of fat and sugars.

Breakfast: If we are students and do not heavy work then we should eat light food in the morning. But if we are worked person then we can take heavy food in the morning.


At 10 to 11 AM: At 11 pm we can take some snacks like beans, vegetable salad, biscuits with minimum calorie etc. But it must be a small amount.


Lunch: At lunch we can take heavy food if we work after taking lunch but we cannot sleep for a long time after taking a heavy lunch.


Evening time: In the evening we can take fruits, milk, tea with less sugar, beans etc.


Dinner time: We must have to be careful about that if we want to loss our weight and become fit then we have to take roti with vegetables, vegetable or fruit salad etc. But only take lightly foods. Say no to rice in the night.

And we should go to bed early as proper sleeping is also a major part of to achieve a a sound health.






Exercise

Exercise helps us to stay healthy. A simple step towards fitness is taking a few minutes every day to walk or exercise. This will provide us with several health benefits including, lowering risk of heart diseases and stroke, losing weight, helping in managing blood pressure, increasing bone health and improving cholesterol levels. We should daily workout at least for 30 minutes. By taking regularly physical exercise we can also prevent various types of killing disease.





Drink lots of water

Drinking plenty of water keeps your body hydrated and reduces hunger, cravings and thirst.


Get enough sleep


If you sleep too little or sleep right for the wrong reasons it affects your mood and health. Get 7 - 8 hours of sleep a night.


Get enough physical activity


If you don’t move around much your muscles and connective tissue starts to deteriorate. Move around your home or on a walking trail.


Eat a lot of green leafy vegetables and berries.


Carbohydrates and sugar are bad for your health. Aim for your carbohydrates to be less than 40%.


Use lots of fresh foods like organic vegetables, fruit, legumes, nuts and seeds. Avoid processed foods.


Add some whole grains to your diet.


Use very little fat and no salt to cook with.


Breathe deeply

The Breath is the principal instrument of life. Life is a cycle of breathing. We are born breathing; we die breathing. Breathe deep to stay happy.
